My professional experience includes successful leadership engagements as CEO with private, public, domestic and international companies and industries.
These companies served a variety of markets including field use of rugged computer hardware technology, very high performance camera technology for international automobile crash safety and analysis, high purity materials used in bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing markets, an industry leading steel and sheet metal design and manufacturer producing U.S.P.S.cluster mailboxes and industrial factory computers and electronic components technology. I owned a small business serving the health and beauty market.
I strategically acquired and sold several companies for business and industry growth and to ensure leadership in each market.
My leadership experience includes building successful teams through management and organizational development, R & D investments for new product development, managing operations throughout the world serving local markets and a keen focus on consistently improving financial performance.
This experience provides a unique perspective when serving clients. I have successfully sat in the leadership seat with all the responsibilities and pressure that come with this experience. I draw on this experience when serving clients to help them navigate any issue they have.
I have a BA from the College of Wooster and an MBA from Monmouth College. I do possess a California Department of Insurance license – Producer – Accident and Health Agent, Life-Only Agent and Series 7 FINRA license.
